As the Director of Nursing, you play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of nursing care within our facility, ensuring the highest standards of quality and excellence in resident care. Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the facility
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality resident care
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including training and development
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate resident care and services
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff
- Manage budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care

Pay : $85,000 - $120,000 + DOE
