We are partnering with a leading fabless semiconductor company known for designing high-performance, cost-effective integrated circuits (ICs) used in audio, networking, and wireless communication . This company is at the forefront of innovation across industries like communications networks, computer peripherals, and multimedia solutions. They are seeking a Sales / Business Development Leader to drive growth in the automotive sector .

Key Responsibilities :

Drive sales of semiconductor products to automotive clients
Manage and grow key accounts , ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty
Lead and mentor a US-based sales team to achieve business goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive sector
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue goals
Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless solutions to clients

Key Requirements :

At least 7+ years of semiconductor sales experience in the automotive industry

Proven track record of successful account management and sales leadership

Established network within the automotive sector

Hands-on experience in small-to-medium businesses

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
