This organization is seeking an accomplished professional to oversee the residential portfolio and lead a talented team of facility managers and leasing staff. In this dynamic role, you will shape the future of the properties by developing innovative marketing strategies, optimizing budgets, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. You’ll play a key role in driving resident satisfaction, enhancing property performance, and exploring opportunities for new developments.

Responsibilities
Staffing
- Collaborate with HR on hiring, training, and policy implementation.
- Determine staffing levels and oversee recruitment processes.
- Train and supervise facility managers and leasing staff.
- Conduct annual performance reviews for direct reports and contribute to reviews for site employees.
- Address disciplinary actions and counseling in collaboration with HR.
- Lead management meetings to review policies, set objectives, and resolve issues.
- Ensure professionalism and consistency in staff communications.
