Job Overview : A law firm is seeking a skilled Debt Finance Associate Attorney to join its team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience structuring, documenting, and negotiating secured and unsecured financing transactions. Experience in acquisition financings and loan workouts is highly valued, and leveraged finance expertise in mergers and acquisitions is considered a plus.Duties : Structure, draft, and negotiate complex financing agreements for borrowers and lenders.Advise clients on secured and unsecured debt transactions, including senior secured, mezzanine, and subordinated debt.Handle acquisition financings, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.Assist in loan workouts and restructuring efforts to resolve financial distress situations.Requirements : Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.2-6 years of debt finance experience, preferably focusing on secured and unsecured financing transactions.Demonstrated experience in handling acquisition financings and loan workouts.Certifications (Preferred) : Certification in Business Law or Finance Law.Skills : Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
