Summary :

When PAR set out to offer its electrical construction services, we knew we wanted to become the most trusted contractor of choice in the electrical industry. For us, that means offering clients the most knowledgeable crews - outfitted with the best tools and equipment made by the best manufacturers - and completing each project economically, efficiently, and safely. With great customer service in mind to support our local client (Xcel Energy in their Lakewood, Colorado office), this position will have daily responsibilities utilizing Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets, reporting, and supporting the field.

Pay : This is a non-exempt / hourly position. Hybrid working schedule - 3 days in office. The pay range is $23 / hour to $25 / hour. Pay may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.

What You'll Do

Creating and / or generating reports and tracking documents

Review, for completeness and accuracy, data, documents, spreadsheets, financials, reports, placemats, scorecards, etc. Errors, formatting issues, and the like, to be resolved before publishing or posting

Ticket Screening

Some outbound telephone work

Support Service Center Representatives as needed

Develop and maintain processes and procedures (step by step, workflow charts, etc.)

Provide training

Process Bi-weekly and Semi-Monthly Payroll

What You'll Bring

Meet performance expectations and metrics

Interpret and communicate gas and electric distribution and transmission field and engineering records

Strong presentational skills

Communicate effectively (written and oral) between internal and external customers, and the excavating community.

Must be proficient in computer programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams

Ability to adapt to specialized software programs

Capability of gathering and analyzing data for reporting accuracy

General understanding of industry standards, processes and utility practices

Pre-screen : Upon offer, employees will be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background.

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $23.00 / Hr. - USD $25.00 / Hr. depending on experience and qualifications.
