Job Title : Data Entry SpecialistJob Description
Work closely with the Production Planning and Purchase Planning team on weekly purchase order (PO) maintenance needs. You will be responsible for maintaining PO data, including delivery, pricing, and quantity updates, and reviewing incoming POs weekly. Additionally, you will register direct ship whole POs for Finance processing and assist in handling seasonal SMS and bulk PO issues.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Production Planning and Purchase Planning teams on weekly PO maintenance needs.
Update PO delivery, pricing, and quantity as needed.
Review the status of incoming POs weekly, including shipped quantity versus received POs.
Register direct ship whole POs for Finance processing.
Assist in handling seasonal SMS and bulk PO issues.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 / hr.
