Warehouse Order Entry Associate

Riverside Logistics of Richmond, VA is looking to hire a support specialist associate to help with functions related to the entry of incoming customer orders. Are you ready to work? Are you an efficient organizer with a can-do attitude? This position pays $18 / hr but can be more depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ORDER ENTRY ASSOCIATE

Schedule and coordinate inbound receiving activities while serving as a communication point between the company and our customers. You will be maintaining a strict adherence to order and receipt accuracy standards, department processes and company procedures as well as preparing, sorting, and scheduling customer products with respected paperwork.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to perform basic math, to include addition, subtraction, simple division and multiplication
• Minimum of 1 year data entry experience
• Prior warehouse or logistics operations experience preferred
• The position requires the ability to communicate effectively in both a verbal and written fashion
• The position requires following instructions both verbal and written in English

ORDER ENTRY ASSOCIATE WORK SCHEDULE

Part-time & Full-time opportunities available. Work schedules vary within 7 AM - 5PM or until work is completed.
