Shapcontra is seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Boston MA. In this role you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries providing solutions and ensuring a seamless experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized has excellent communication skills and is committed to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with order processing account updates and general troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update internal databases as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Identify and escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department
  • Provide detailed product and service information to customers
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns effectively
  • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain service quality

Qualifications :

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
