Job Description
Shapcontra is seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Boston MA. In this role you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries providing solutions and ensuring a seamless experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized has excellent communication skills and is committed to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with order processing account updates and general troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal databases as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Identify and escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department
- Provide detailed product and service information to customers
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns effectively
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain service quality
