Job Summary :

The Customer Service Representative is the primary resource for advising clients on all document production needs, including digital print solutions and litho / web printing. This role involves managing customer relationships, promoting print services, coordinating print projects, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The representative will also support system administration for forms management solutions and act as a liaison between clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all document production needs, providing advice and assistance on digital print solutions and litho / web printing.
• Manage customer relationships for a designated client base, advising document owners on cost-effective document production methods.
• Promote Client Enterprise Solutions and identify opportunities for digital document solutions.
• Price, coordinate, and manage print projects, ensuring all requirements are met in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
• Interface with preferred suppliers and internal / external teams as needed to ensure project success.
• Manage the document production quote process, proof exchanges, and follow up on delivery dates.
• Ensure that all necessary documentation is available for audit purposes.
• Provide system administration support for the forms management solution implemented for the client.
