This role primarily focuses on processing customer applications, maintaining records, and resolving inquiries within a logistics framework. Responsibilities : - Efficiently handle customer service inquiries and resolve them promptly.- Accurately process customer applications related to the import / export business.- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer records.- Utilize basic office equipment and software for data entry tasks.- Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on their status.- Develop proficiency in logistics operations through continuous learning and adaptation.- Leverage Microsoft and other software tools for efficient data management and customer service.- Exhibit strong basic office skills in managing daily tasks and responsibilities. Requirements - Possess strong proficiency in basic office equipment operation, including fax machines, printers, and scanners.- Demonstrate a solid understanding of basic office skills such as filing, scheduling, and organizing.- Exhibit excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.- Show competence in computer data entry with a high level of accuracy and speed.- Display proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
