This great position is on weekend shift, Part-time Saturday and Sunday

5 : 00pm - 1 : 30am

Pay starts at $16.83

Position Overview & Responsibilities :

Custodian at PK Property Services provides customers with a clean, sanitary, and safe facility that they can be proud of. Responsibilities in accordance with standard janitorial services including but not limited to :

General cleaning specified areas to each specific facility’s needs

Window washing, sanitizing, dusting

Floor care including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping

General waste disposal, cleaning restrooms

Completion of daily reports for work completed

Working with on-site staff to complete daily tasks

Qualifications :

Possess and maintain valid appropriate certifications and licenses, as stipulated by the customer facility

Ability to pass a standard background check including E-Verify and Fingerprint

Ability to operate minor equipment

Be able to read and understand instructions associated with the equipment

Must be a self-starter and able to produce work with minimum supervision

Must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds
