Our client in Topeka, KS is seeking a Survey Interviewer to join their team!
Job Title : Data Collections Specialist / Survey Specialist
Location : Topeka, KS - onsite
Pay Rate : $17 / hr
Schedule : Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM + Weekend shift of either Saturday from 12 : 00 PM -5 : 30 PM or Sunday from 12 : 30 PM -8 : 00PM. Those hours listed bring an estimate of 29-31 hours a week, with the option to fill in more hours in the evening or the ability to work both weekend shifts.
What's the job? ?
Data collection for Surveillance System Survey.
Conduct the computer assisted telephone interviews using Win-CATI software by calling the telephone numbers from the survey samples provided by the CDC
Follow CDC survey protocol to collect health risk behaviors data;
Enter data in the Win-CATI system
Provide feedback regarding data collection process to the survey supervisors;
Maintain accurate records of all calls made
Maintain consistent attendance to assigned shifts
Communicating with supervisors regarding necessary absences due to illness, etc..
What’s Needed?
Use a computer for accurate data entry of audible responses from respondent; Use a telephone for conducting interviews, including accurate phone number dialing
Read aloud with a clear, articulate, and pleasant voice;
Understand and implement stringent survey protocols;
Ask survey questions related to health behavior in a professional manner
Maintain consistent attendance..
