Reporting to a dedicated Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer has the responsibility to carry out the organization's mission and vision and is responsible for the overall management and operation of the enterprise.

Adult and dislocated worker programs include training, skills assessment, job search, and placement. Youth programs serve individuals aged 16 to 24 who may be in or out of school and face various barriers. Our workforce programs help these youth secure essential academic credentials, such as a high school diploma or GED, enabling them to successfully transition into further education and employment opportunities.

Specific experience / qualifications sought include :

Location open to either Florida or direct flight access to the Clearwater area.

Competitive compensation and benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate with a yearly base salary and bonus, culminating in a target of $700K.
