Job Title : Intermediate Machine Operator
Job Description
As an Intermediate Machine Operator, you will be working hands-on, running the machine, loading materials, and eventually taking full charge of the machine after a training period. The role involves operating in a food manufacturing environment, producing products such as Lipton Teas and Pasta Dry Pouches. Compliance with food safety PPE requirements, including wearing hairnets and beard nets, and refraining from wearing jewelry is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Operate and manage machinery in the production of food products.
- Load materials and ensure the proper functioning of the machine.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during machine operation.
- Set up the machine and ensure it runs efficiently.
- Learn and understand all aspects of the machine to facilitate movement across different roles.

A Shift : 7am-7 : 30pm Sun, Mon, Tues (Every other Wed) $23.41hour
B Shift : 7am-7 : 30pm Thurs, Fri, Sat (Every other Wed) $23.41 / hour
C Shift : 7pm-7 : 30am Sun, Mon, Tues (Every other Wed) $23.91 / hour
D Shift : 7pm-7 : 30am Thurs, Fri, Sat (Every other Wed) 24.41 / hour
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Independence, Missouri.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48692.80 - $50772.80 / yr.
Have the ability to earn at least a dollar raise at the end of each year, with a possible 3-6% annual performance bonus. Climate Controlled. Union is increasing pay each year as well so bump happens each March. Company Store, Massage Chairs, Provide boot and possible eye voucher. Eligible for benefits after 30 days(Health, Dental, 401k)
