Job Summary
The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for effectively analyzing and monitoring business intelligence standards for the organization in order to support the achievement of our overall business objectives. This individual will gather data, construct visualizations, and perform analysis in order to recommend improvements, while ensuring a consistent and optimal level of quality for all deliverables. This position requires a diverse working knowledge of imaging center operations and an in-depth understanding of our internal / external data systems.
You will :
- Review BI activities to track and trend quality indicators. Compile summary for quality meetings. Identify areas for improvement and work with the rest of the Strategic Initiative team to implement corrections.
- Develop, track, and analyze operational KPI's that will drive positive outcomes for our patients and employees through data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Evaluate workflow processes and results to create strategy for improved efficiency processes and metric analytics.
- Conduct internal audits and validations to measure and assure adherence to established BI standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve on patient facing processes across the organization with a focus on driving sophistication, scalability and standardization.
