As a Development Chemist , you will work in the laboratory as a member of automotive refinish product development team in CIC (Allison Park, PA). You will lead independent projects or portions of larger project to develop and commercialize new Refinish products and use resources and provide technical solutions to challenging problems.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of projects and achievement of milestones through planning
- Work with global development labs, research team, marketing team, production team and customers to lead projects forward
- Use Sigma logic methodology for design of experiment and data analysis
- Provide support to customer and production related issues
- Communicate and share knowledge within the team and with collaborators
- Maintain a detailed laboratory notebook
- Maintain a safe, clean work area
