About the Corporate Sales Trainer :
The Sales Trainer will be an expert in sales processes and methodologies, responsible for leading sales training sessions the majority of the time. This role also involves a focus on developing sales training content. The Sales Trainer will facilitate training both in person and virtually as needed.
Location : SLC, Utah
What will you do?
- Lead comprehensive sales training programs for new hires and existing sales staff.
- Develop and update sales training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions both in person and virtually.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and develop tailored training solutions.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest sales techniques, tools, and industry trends to ensure training content is current and relevant.

The salary range for this position is between $53,000.00 and $58,000.00 annually.
