Commercial Real Estate / Corporate Associate or Counsel Locations : Boston, New York, Connecticut Our client is seeking a senior associate or counsel to join their dynamic and expanding Real Estate practice in Boston, Connecticut, or New York. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience representing companies, developers, franchisees, investors, and other entities in complex real estate matters. This role emphasizes commercial leasing, franchise and distribution, and general corporate real estate work. Key qualifications include substantial experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases, as well as a broad background in the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties. Preferred candidates will also have experience representing franchisees, including reviewing and negotiating franchise agreements, renewals, and transfers, along with experience in asset acquisitions and general corporate matters. The successful candidate will possess excellent academic credentials, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
