We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with expertise in heavy civil construction, geotechnical work, and self-perform operations . This role involves leading complex projects, managing budgets, schedules, and teams, and ensuring high-quality execution. Travel is required up to 40% of the time.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee heavy civil and geotechnical projects from pre-construction to completion.
Manage self-performing crews, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project goals.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Develop and track budgets, schedules, and change orders.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
Qualifications :
10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, geotechnical projects, and self-perform work.
Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with deep foundations, earthwork, and ground improvement techniques.
