Are you a Project Manager with 3+ years of commercial construction experience?
Our client is one of Austin, TX leading Commercial GCs and boast a project portfolio that includes clients within the K-12, Mixed Commercial, Municipal, Healthcare, Office, Renovation, and Retail sectors.

- Reports to Senior Project Manager (Sr PM)
- Manages daily oversight of all assigned projects
- Active participation in new Project Pre-construction
- Monitor job progress, Subcontractor performance & Project costs
- Review Assistant Project Manager (Asst PM) RFIs and Submittals
- Working knowledge of Project bids and issue contracts
- Negotiate with Subcontractors & Suppliers
- Oversee timely Project close out
- Prepare monthly billings, financial reports
- Prepare / Conduct all Owner / Architect / Contractor (OAC) Meetings (Weekly)
- Manage Owner & Architect expectations
- Review Project Schedule and Subcontractor Pay Applications with assigned Superintendent and support Contract Completion Dates
- Attend Owner-sponsored events
- Train Asst PM and Project Coordinator, if assigned
- Knowledge of Owner and Subcontractor contracts
- Responsibilities may vary depending on the project
