Key Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership : Oversee daily field operations and manage all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaboration : Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure the success of each project, meeting healthcare-specific requirements and regulations.
- Team Management : Lead and mentor on-site staff, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and coordination across the project team.
- Quality Control & Safety : Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Conduct regular inspections and ensure that all work adheres to stringent healthcare construction guidelines.
- Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
