Position Overview
We are looking for several Field Engineers to add to our TIC Team, to support construction projects in our Industrial market around the country. Our rapidly growing Industrial market encompasses a a broad range of projects that can span from Water / Wastewater treatment, Food & Beverage processing, Mineral Processing, Renewable Fuels, Pulp and Paper, Steel & Aluminum, Specialty chemical, Industrial Energy, Manufacturing, Automotive and Emerging Industrial Markets like EVBattery, Data Centers and Semiconductors.

District Overview
TIC is a Kiewit Subsidiary that provides direct-hire construction services for industrial projects. TIC Denver has projects in Power, Industrial Manufacturing, Oil Gas Chemical, and Mining across the United States. Its projects range from small capital work up to major EPC projects. We are looking for people committed to the construction industry in an “open-shop” environment.
Location
Our Field Engineers "go where the work is". Project Locations will vary. The initial project is located in Boise, ID. Future locations depend on business need.
Responsibilities
Field Engineering :
- Assist in interpretation of drawings and specifications for field crews and craft supervision
- Perform quantity calculations by taking measurements and determining percentage of completed / installed materials and work
- Assist in the preparation of work plans and work packages
- Assist in field surveying and work layout support including elevation, control points, and compilation of as-built data
- Assist in compiling, processing, and confirming daily labor timesheets
- Assist in the preparation of Job Hazard Analysis (JHA’s)
- Participate in jobsite safety reviews, toolbox meetings, mass safety meetings, and safety training
- Order and schedule material deliveries
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate work groups on the jobsite
- Supervise field operations
