We are seeking an innovative and experienced Senior R&D Scientist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our company's product innovation and renovation, with a specific focus on the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in food science, product development, and formulation. If you are passionate about creating new products that can change the market and improve our customers' experiences, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead and execute product innovation and renovation projects from idea generation to commercialization.

2. Use your food science expertise to create and improve product formulations that meet consumer needs and align with our company's strategic objectives.

3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless product development and launch.

4. Provide technical solutions to complex problems and challenges throughout the product development process.

5. Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the food and beverage industry to ensure our products remain competitive and compliant.

6. Conduct regular product and process evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure product quality and consistency.

7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders about project status, challenges, and outcomes.

8. Mentor and guide junior scientists and technologists in their work and professional development.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field is required.

2. A minimum of 7 years of experience in product development or R&D in the food or beverage industry.

3. Demonstrated experience in product formulation, particularly with food and beverage products.

4. Strong understanding of food science principles and how they apply to product development.

5. Proven track record in providing effective technical solutions to complex problems.

6. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey complex scientific concepts to non-scientific audiences.

8. Strong leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing others.

9. Proficiency in using software and technology relevant to product development and formulation.

10. Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
