Job description

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Compensation Consultant

Position type : Full-time, Contract

Duration : 12 Months

Location : Remote

As a Compensation Consultant you will :

  • Administer and assist in the development of compensation policies and programs.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive compensation analysis plans.
  • Perform market pricing and analysis to ensure competitive salary structures.
  • Lead salary planning activities and recommend salary adjustments.
  • Consult with business partners to evaluate job content and employee responsibilities.
  • Manage compensation components of larger cross-functional projects.
  • Support the planning and development of HR compensation strategies.
  • Conduct executive market pricing and complex analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements governing compensation.
  • Promote self-development and learning within the team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Social or other sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in human resources, finance, or business operations, including at least 2 years working on compensation projects or activities.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification is preferred.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have : Healthcare / Hospital / Medical background with Compensation experience ideal to have certification like CCP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM

Pay Range

  • 50 - $54 per hour
  • Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
