As a Marketing & Communications Specialist, you’ll act as a vital link between our outreach program and its members or potential members. Your role will involve assisting members with applications, resolving inquiries, educating clients, and fostering long-term engagement. Responsibilities of the Marketing & Communications Specialist : Engage directly with customers to provide information, address concerns, and answer questions about product offerings. Assist members with enrollment processes and provider services. Follow up on unresolved customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction. Communicate effectively to set clear expectations and provide education to members. Research billing inquiries and claims to deliver accurate service. Serve as a liaison between members and internal departments to address concerns. Perform additional duties as assigned to support outreach objectives.
