The Commercial Association Manager oversees a portfolio of Commercial Property Owner Association accounts in an assigned portfolio, to ensure the business is executed in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with Association governing documents, Board policies and procedures, and any other applicable regulations. A successful Manager is a self-accountable, well-organized, ethical, professional, proactive person who takes pride in the appearance of the property and enjoys building relationships with boards of directors, owners, and tenants. The Manager creates a strong client relationship and is responsible for understanding and meeting client expectations. Managers remain service-oriented, manage and execute daily tasks in a prompt manner, and are accessible and accountable.

Compensation : 65,000

Responsibilities :

• Organizing Annual, Budget, Board, Election, and Special meetings of the Association within legal requirements.
• Ensure inspections are completed and documented in accordance with the Management Agreement.
• Ensure sufficient insurance coverages are in effect.
• Prepare scopes, obtain proposals, and finalize contracts as applicable.
• Analyze financial statements and forward them to the Board within set timelines.
• Input and send violation notices as necessary.
• Act as liaison between the Board, owners, and vendors.
