Job Summary
This role is a key member of the Timberline Customer Service team that provides Program / Project Management to support the successful onboarding of new business. This is primarily an internally focused position, with some customer interaction. This role supports the Commercial OEM Electrical Wire Harness and OEM Industrial Control Panel businesses.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide Program Management support for :
- Successful delivery of strategic orders
- The onboarding process for new strategic parts
- The onboarding of new customers
- Support the Production Readiness Review process
- Support the development of a robust new part onboarding tracking process
- Lead or support process improvement projects in Customer Service team or Inside Sales team
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
