Your Mission :

Your mission in this role is to proactively manage financial transactions and engage with our clients to ensure outstanding account balances are resolved efficiently. As a Part-Time Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist, you will be instrumental in maintaining robust communication channels with our office staff, field technicians, and management, all while investigating and resolving payment discrepancies with meticulous attention to detail. Your actions will directly impact our financial stability and customer relations.

Key Behavioral Responsibilities :

• Efficiency and Precision : You will be responsible for efficiently processing customer payments, ensuring their accuracy, and timeliness, demonstrating a strong commitment to financial accuracy and integrity.
• Customer-Centric Collections : Actively pursue resolution of past due accounts with a focus on preserving our client relationships, understanding their unique circumstances, and providing solutions.

• Attention to Detail : Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies with meticulous attention to detail to maintain financial accuracy.
