Description

Specific responsibilities include :

• Under direction of the Site Manager, provides training and oversight to site employees and provides general operational guidance; serves as role model to team members
• Assists with recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new crew members.
• Provides exceptional customer service to those entering and leaving the site for a great customer experience
• Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by team members and customers
• Creates crew schedules and submit timesheets to payroll
• Performs opening and closing procedures
• Conducts quarterly employee evaluations
• Assists the customer in selecting oil type and other services
• Process payment for services performed
• Maintains inventory and cleanliness of shop floor, office, and bathrooms
• Performs Technician duties as needed to ensure quality and timely customer service
• Drain motor oil, change oil filters, and perform other auto services as necessary
• Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation
