In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality of the company's project deliverables by managing a dedicated pod of "contributors" who are working on translation tasks and implementing quality improvement initiatives. This position requires a strong focus on maintaining and enhancing the overall quality of data annotations.
Job Description
- Pod Management : Lead and manage a pod of contributors with a primary focus on quality, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Daily Audits : Perform daily audits to assess and enhance the quality of data annotations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Contributor Support : Collaborate with contributors to address and resolve quality-related issues, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with quality standards, project guidelines, and industry best practices.
