Overview : Elevate your career with CHAGEE as a Consumer Insights Researcher. In this position, you will play a critical role in driving CHAGEE’s US expansion by analyzing consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive insights. Your work will directly influence decisions on store locations, product offerings, marketing strategies, and customer experience improvements, ensuring CHAGEE stays ahead in a competitive market. What you'll do :

• Design and execute studies to explore consumer preferences, market trends, and brand performance.
• Develop visually compelling reports and presentations to showcase findings and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Leverage tools like SPSS, Tableau, and Excel to extract insights and identify trends.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to identify potential opportunities and risks.
• Coordinate and manage research events, including focus groups, product and concept testing, and in-depth interviews, making sure everything runs smoothly and leads to meaningful insights.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and Business Development teams to ensure insights drive informed decision-making and align with the company’s strategic goals.
• Work closely with external vendors to handle research logistics and timelines, keeping projects on track and delivering quality results.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment.
