Clinical Data Technical Analyst

Overview -Position requires on site 4 days a week in Lexington, MA.
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Clinical Data Technical Analyst with expertise in clinical trial data, project coordination, and enterprise data environments. This role will be responsible for managing enterprise data integrations (Data Lake) involving clinical trial data sources (EDC, IRT, CTMS, Central Labs, eCOA, etc.) within a Snowflake environment.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong personality, the ability to engage with internal data teams, and an understanding of clinical processes to ensure accurate imported data and reporting. Experience working with offshore vendors is essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage Enterprise Data Integrations involving clinical trial data and ensure seamless data flow from data input through transformation to output reports using AWS cloud computing, Matillion, Snowflake, and Tableau.
- Coordinate and refine clinical data processes for 3-4 ongoing trials, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in data handling.
- Act as an IT Business Analyst, bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful data management.
- Collaborate with internal data teams to format, validate, and maintain clinical datasets, ensuring consistency and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Work with offshore vendors to manage data imports, troubleshoot issues, and oversee project deliverables.
- Support the validation and compliance of data systems, including GxP compliance, SAS server upgrades, and FDA validation processes (IQ, OQ, PQ).
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring clear communication, contract alignment, and project success.
- Manage projects using Jira and Smartsheet, applying both Agile and Waterfall methodologies as needed.
- Provide risk analysis and lessons learned, ensuring continuous improvement in data management processes.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including Change Control, SOPs, Work Instructions, and Validation documents (GDP).
- Review project contracts from vendors to ensure compliance with data management and integration standards.
