Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Director to oversee operations, drive clinical excellence, and lead our team towards delivering exceptional patient care. This role offers the unique opportunity for partnership within our esteemed organization.

Essential Job Functions :

• Leadership and Management : Provide strong leadership, guidance, and direction to clinical and administrative staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Operational Oversight : Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, budgeting, inventory management, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Clinical Excellence : Ensure high-quality patient care delivery by maintaining clinical standards, implementing best practices, and facilitating staff training and development.
• Business Development : Drive business growth initiatives, foster relationships with referring physicians, and explore new opportunities to expand clinic services.
• Patient Relations : Maintain exceptional patient relations by addressing concerns, ensuring patient satisfaction, and upholding the clinic's reputation for excellence.

Qualifications :

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.

Current state licensure and CPR certification.

Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within a rehabilitation setting.

Strong business acumen and demonstrated success in driving clinic growth.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.

Physical Requirements :

Mobility : Ability to move around freely to assist patients and therapists.

Lifting : Capable of lifting and carrying equipment or assisting patients as needed (up to 50 pounds).

Standing : Extended periods of standing and walking during therapy sessions.

Manual Dexterity : Proficiency in handling therapy tools and equipment.

Visual and Auditory Skills : Ability to observe patients and communicate effectively.

Flexibility : Adaptability to changing tasks and schedules in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
