Warranty Claims Specialist :

Our client is seeking a Warranty Claims Specialist with a dynamic personality, exceptional communication skills, and strong proficiency in Excel and Word. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, professional in both demeanor and appearance, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A natural curiosity about mechanical processes and comfort working around heavy machinery and mechanical parts are essential. This role involves evaluating warranty claims, processing data, and assisting with various administrative tasks within the sales team.

This role is fully onsite in Fairview, Oregon working Monday through Friday from 6AM-2 : 30PM.

Warranty Claims Specialist Responsibilities :

Handle warranty inquiries and respond to customer communications in a clear and professional manner.

Evaluate and analyze warranty claims to determine validity and take appropriate action.

Process payment of dealer claims and ensure accurate documentation.

Assign and track account numbers for all warranty-related invoices.

Compile and generate monthly warranty reports, including journal entries to reclassify charges.

Balance the general ledger with the warranty report to ensure accuracy.

Provide written notifications for denied or adjusted claims with clear explanations.

Analyze warranty claim data to identify trends and support quality improvement efforts.

Assist both inside and outside sales teams with administrative work as needed.

Recommend process improvements to increase job efficiency and accuracy.

Warranty Claims Specialist Qualifications :

Strong analytical skills to evaluate warranty claims and identify trends.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Proficient with Outlook for managing emails and calendars.

Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Maintain a polished and professional presence, demonstrating alignment with company values and standards.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in data analysis and trend identification.

Comfort working around heavy machinery and mechanical parts.

Positive attitude with a proactive and curious approach to learning about mechanical processes.
