Job descriptionOversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Establish and maintain clinical protocols, policies, and quality improvement initiatives. Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, fostering collaboration and professional development. Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of clinical staff. Drive innovation in behavioral health service delivery, ensuring the implementation of best practices. Collaborate with leadership to expand and optimize clinical programs across new and existing markets. Act as a clinical liaison with external partners, payers, and regulatory agencies. Represent the organization in clinical matters and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Must be an M.D. or D.O.-accredited Psychiatrist with active board certification in Psychiatry. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a clinical or healthcare management role. Comprehensive knowledge of behavioral health services, including adult and geriatric care. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to lead clinical teams across multiple regions while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Compensation : $375,000 - $400,000 annually, with a performance-based bonus (TBD).
