Job Responsibilities :

Assist in the management and execution of strategic initiatives to enhance business performance.
Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Manage various business processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Engage with stakeholders to foster relationships and drive collaboration across teams.
Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Implement performance management practices to monitor and assess ongoing projects.
Facilitate project management efforts and support successful project delivery.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership to aid in strategic planning.

Essential Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Experience :

Minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.

Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement preferred.

Background in data analysis and business efficiency practices.
