Overview
At Green Bay Regional Rehabilitation Hospital , we are passionate about patient care! We provide specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services to our patients who are often recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions. At our 40-bed hospital, we provide specialized treatment in the Green Bay area. We see patients who often are recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.
We are seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!
As the Chief Nursing Officer, you will mangage approximately 45 FTE's. Other responsibilities include, responsible for the overall operations of the nursing department, including high-quality, cost-effective delivery of patient care, managing nursing personnel, and developing and implementing approved department projects and goals. Directs the functions of the nursing department in accordance with departmental policies, procedures and standards. Oversees nursing department staffing, training, and development. Provides education, direction and mentorship of the nursing team's function, purpose, and goals.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall operations of the nursing department, including high-quality, cost-effective delivery of patient care, managing nursing personnel, and developing and implementing approved department projects and goals. Responsible for management of waived testing and equipment. The CNO is a member of the hospital Governing Body. Integrates the hospital's mission and "Guiding Principles" into daily practice.
