Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Catering Sous Chef at PoshNosh Catering in Raleigh, NC. The Sous Chef will be responsible for food preparation, food service, cooking, culinary management, and utilizing culinary skills to create exceptional dishes for events.
What You'll Do
- Assist the Executive and Chef de Cuisine in managing all aspects of kitchen operations, from prep to plating.
- Execute custom menus with precision, ensuring quality and consistency at every event.
- Oversee event production, catering logistics, and on-site setup as needed.
- Ensure all food is prepared and stored following health and safety regulations
- Bring creative ideas to the table to enhance our catering offerings
