Job descriptionCoach, mentor, and train staff; conduct performance evaluations and address issues Support staff growth by identifying training needs and creating action plans Participate in recruitment, conduct orientations, and manage workflow Provide patient care, document health history, and assist in procedures and treatments Communicate with patients about medications and educate them on care plans Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans Plan meetings, monitor program progress, and review daily processes for improvement Communicate with insurance companies and managed care plans as directed Ensure clinical responsibilities align with The Joint Commission (TJC), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), and YVFWC requirements. Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing One year's experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required; Two years of supervisory experience is preferred WA State RN license. Dual licensure in WA & OR is required within 120 days of hire If an RN license is in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state, the below requirements apply) Must submit proof of completion for the required suicide prevention training during 1st week of onboarding. If relocating to Washington State, obtain a WA RN license within 6 months of hire. Must update the primary state of residence within 60 days (applies to anyone relocating to Washington State) Military Nurses are not required to obtain a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) BCLS certification is required within 90 days of hire Proficient in nursing principles and procedures & familiar with medication use and effects Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills Capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively Skilled in professional interactions with patients, families, and colleagues & adept at addressing diverse patient needs Basic proficiency in Word and Excel

- 43.69-$53.52 / hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates
- 7,500 sign-on bonus & $2,000 bonus at 12-months
- Up to $10,000 relocation allowance for candidates relocating more than 50 miles!
