Quality Inspector – Aerospace
Location : Ferndale
Pay : $22.00 / hr (based on experience)
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 / 8 AM – 5 PM; Saturdays, 7 / 8 AM – 3 PM
Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Quality Inspector to join our dynamic team in Ferndale. The ideal candidate will have aerospace quality control experience and be proficient in using precision measurement instruments to ensure components meet industry specifications.
Responsibilities :
- Inspect aerospace components and assemblies for conformance to specifications.
- Document quality inspection findings and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
- Identify defects and non-conformities, notify relevant teams, and monitor the resolution process.
- Utilize precision measurement instruments, vision systems, and quality processes.
- Perform gage block setups and use tools such as micrometers, CMMs, and Sheffields to verify product compliance.
