Role Overview
The CEO would be responsible for leading and overseeing the overall strategic direction, financial performance, and operational excellence of the company. The CEO will ensure the successful execution of the company's vision and mission in the mobile money industry, driving financial inclusion, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in financial services, fintech, mobile payments, and digital transformation and a hands-on approach.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of executive leadership experience in fintech, banking, telecommunications, or mobile financial services.
- Proven track record of leading a high-growth business, scaling mobile money operations, and driving digital financial inclusion.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, AML / KYC requirements, and risk management principles.
- Experience in strategic partnerships, investor relations, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial reports, market trends, and business performance metrics.
- Experience working with regulators, policymakers, and industry associations in the financial services and fintech sectors.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Excellent financial acumen and business judgment.
