As the Colorado Catering Assistant at Dion’s, you’ll work closely with our Operations and Catering Managers to elevate our catering services in the Colorado market. This includes Aurora, Commerce City, and Colorado Springs. From generating sales to coordinating deliveries and assisting with on-site events, you’ll be at the heart of our catering operations, ensuring every customer interaction is nothing short of exceptional.

This position is approximately 25-30 hours per week, with work usually between 9am and 5pm, with some expectations of evening flexibility based on need.

What you’ll do :

• Actively sell Dion’s catering services by seeking out possible catering prospects and introducing what Dion’s can do for them.
• Provide best-in-class service experience : From order intake to delivery and follow-up, ensure every customer receives the Dion’s experience they deserve.
• Provide administrative support : Keep our catering department running smoothly with accurate communication, documentation, and timely updates.
• Prepare catering proposals and meal solutions for potential and current customers.
• Plan, communicate, and coordinate with managers about order details, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
• Solicit feedback from customers and actively seek opportunities to improve.

This position supports our Aurora, Commerce City, and Colorado Springs locations. Mileage will be covered for travel between locations.
