Transfer Pricing Manager / Senior Manager - Remote E at Eide Bailly LLP in BOISE, Idaho, United States Job Description Location : All Locations in the United StatesWork Arrangement : Remote, In-office or HybridA Day in the LifeIn this role, you will serve as a firmwide resource for transfer pricing related matters and will be exposed to a wide range of issues and projects. This position can be based out of any of our office locations or work from home. A typical day as a Transfer Pricing Manager / Senior Manager might include the following : Managing and performing technical review of transfer pricing projects, including review and analysis of client data, calculations, and supporting documentation.Managing and overseeing detailed financial and economic modeling and empirical analyses.Managing client deadlines and workflow for multiple parties, including internal and external clients.Working seamlessly with the firm's Transfer Pricing and Tax leadership to develop best practices, processes, and overall practice strategy.Coordinating work and collaborating with other tax and audit colleagues globally.Providing transfer pricing controversy support.Building relationships and go to market with internal client relationship executives, business development executives, industry leaders, and their teams.Capitalizing on professional experiences to develop business.Developing and mentoring existing staff and recruiting experienced staff to help grow the transfer pricing practice.Developing and presenting technical training materials for both internal and external clients addressing transfer pricing issues and technical developments.Producing written thought leadership pieces for internal and external distribution.Participating in professional association meetings and forums.Who You AreYou have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or another relevant discipline (required). A Master's degree is preferred.You have a minimum of 7+ years of transfer pricing experience.You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.You have the ability to work at a fast pace, often with shifting responsibilities.You work effectively in a team environment and partner well with people at all levels within an organization.You are a creative thinker willing to take the initiative to identify and solve problems and challenges.You are a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual who takes ownership of projects and is capable of managing them end-to-end.You possess strong research, analytical, organizational and presentation skills.Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.Making an Impact TogetherPeople join Eide Bailly for the opportunities and stay because of the culture. Eide Bailly complies with all local / state regulations regarding displaying ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
