As an Carpenter we need :

Experience and Skill Requirements :

• Installation of Rough Carpentry and finishes including :
• Layout of in Foundations, Slab Edge, & Walls- Square
• Intimate knowledge of total station and builder's level is a plus.
• Erection of Wood and Metal Stud walls
• Decks
• Wood Blocking
• Setting Frames, Doors, & Windows
• Installation of Hardware
• Installing Wood Guard Rails for safety
• Minor Formwork for concrete installation
• Labor Work as Needed
• Clean Up & Breakdown
• Installation of Misc. Accessories
• Some minor demolition & Clean Up
• Housekeeping duties on construction projects
• Read Construction Plans and Specifications
• Super intense assistance
• Owner of a hard hat Yes, this is meant to be funny
• Understanding OSHA Compliant Construction Activities and enforcing compliant actions of workers and subcontractors
• Able to lift 60 lbs without assistance
