Be the LPN / LVN You've Always Aspired to Be

Your impactful journey involves :

Providing direct patient care that aligns with personalized care plans and physician orders.

Observing patient behaviors, including monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses.

Working closely with Registered Nurses to report observations and help execute patient care plans.

Building meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid their recovery.

Qualifications

Current LPN / LVN licensure as required by state regulations.

CPR certification.

Preferred one year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting.

Rehabilitation experience is a plus.
