Nurse Practitioner (NP)

A Nurse Practitioner (NP) is needed in Lincoln, NE.

Join a state-of-the-art clinic located in a community where healthcare is deeply valued. This healthcare model focuses entirely on providing better primary care to patients, not the volume of services. By spending more time with patients, building relationships, and offering comprehensive care, you can provide the quality care your patients deserve.

Salary and Benefits :

Above market compensation : Earn over $135k
Base salary : $125,000 - $130,000 plus 10% of base as bonus
Bonus Metrics Based on : Hospital Sick Days, Hedis, Customer Satisfaction, Alignment to Values
Health Insurance
Vision and Dental Insurance : Offered
Paid Time Off : 18 days off in the first year
Paid Holidays : 8 days
Retirement Package : 401(K) – 3% match
Child Care Reimbursement
Life Insurance : 2x annual salary
AD&D Insurance

Responsibilities :

Schedule : Monday to Friday

Manage a patient panel of up to 650 individuals

See an average of 10-12 patients per day

Newly built, state-of-the-art clinic facilities

Utilize an advanced, cloud-based electronic health record system

Provide outpatient care

Requirements :

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP), APRN, AGNP, or CNP

Geriatric experience is a plus

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care outpatient setting

Experience with knee and shoulder injections, skin biopsies, and suturing Required
