Job Summary :
As a Sales Professional, you will be the face of our brand, playing a key role in providing exceptional service, as well as developing long lasting relationships through strategic client engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Engagement : Greet and assist clients, providing tailored recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of various brands, including story telling.
- Sales Achievement : Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall store goals.
- Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Visual Merchandising : Assist in maintaining an inviting and aesthetically pleasing store environment.
- Inventory Management : Help manage stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and ensure the store is well-stocked.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to create a cohesive and supportive work environment.
- KPI / CRM : Meet and exceed key performance and client management metrics (i.e. up to date completed trainings, advanced digital accuracy of client information, client outreach and follow up).
- Mystery Shop : Score a minimum of 85% on mystery shop when applicable.
