Porsche Austin is looking for one Loaner Car Administrator Coordinator to join our great team.

Job responsibilities would include but not limited to :

Greeting clients that are in for service

Preparing the loaner agreements and reviewing with customers

Recording all the loaner fleet information

Coordinating with Collision Centers with damaged vehicle repairs

Filing insurance claims on damaged vehicles

Filing loaner agreement documents

Coordinating with Valets gas in vehicles and car washes

Inspecting vehicles for damage.

Coordinating with the valets to have loaner cars brought forward for customers

Staging cars in the afternoon for the following morning.

Documenting the loaner usage and shuttles for Porsche Warranty reimbursement

We currently operate with around 85 loaner cars in the fleet and approximately 15 loaner appointments a day.

Education and Experience :

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Drivers License

Physical Requirements :

Hours would be approximately 7 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm Monday through Friday with possibly Saturdays on rotation, or 9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm Monday through Friday with possibly Saturdays on rotation. This position will have two people in the department working together with their schedule to manage the loaner fleet and coordinate with customers.
