MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE OUTDOORS
The Cascade Pacific Council is proud to hire over 250 enthusiastic camp staff members annually to serve in a variety of positions at our 4 resident camps safely delivering adventure to Scouts. Positions include : program area directors and assistants, office staff, sales staff, cooks, and maintenance. Whether you are new to scouting or a seasoned scouter all are welcome to apply if they share the same spirit of fun and learning our campers are looking for in the outdoors. Each and every staff member has the power to make a difference in the life of a scout and summer camp is the best place to make it happen.

We accomplish this at our camps by finding the most motivated and enthusiastic individuals in the area that want to make a difference in young people's lives through the instruction of games, leadership skills, and FUN!

Resident Camp Information
Cub Scout Resident Camps serve youth aged 5-10 (Cub Scouts) who attend resident camp with their local Scouting group and leaders. Cub Scout resident camps that the council operates include :
Scouts BSA Resident Camps serve youth ages 11-17 (Scouts BSA) who attend resident camp with their local Scouting group and leaders. Scouts BSA Resident Camps are week-long, 6-night / 7-day programs that include :

After submitting your application look for an email confirming your application and follow-up information about Winter interview session dates, times, and locations in February and March. Applications submitted after Winter interview sessions will be contacted individually to schedule an interview.
