SCOPE
Venu+ offers ready-to-go rental equipment delivered directly on-site at popular hotels, resorts, and casinos. Venu+ is the only Preferred Mobility Provider with a service operation located at theme park properties in Anaheim and Orlando.
The Customer Support Specialist collaborates with the Reservation Agents by registering Travel Agents to the Travel Partner Program as well as process compensation for mobility equipment at Las Vegas resorts. The specialist will also coordinate commission information and liaise with accounting for accurate commission payments. This role will also be required to perform additional administrative functions for the Reservation Agents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides professional and great customer service
- Detail-oriented
- Back up support to Reservations Agents
- Reply to online email or incoming phone calls
- Entering customer information
- Compile, verify and sort information for proper registration
- Confirm IATA and CLIA registration numbers
- Responds efficiently to Travel Agents requests or inquiries concerning registration to the program, reservations claims, and commissions
- Handles Las Vegas Comp
- Process refunds for cancelled reservations
- Observes all company policies
- Follow written instructions and documented procedures
- Completes responsibilities with a minimal amount of supervision
- Performs other related duties as assigned
